Mia has been designing art experiences in collaboration with the United Nations since 2005. She holds degrees in Art History and

She holds degrees in Art History and Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and in Museum Management and Exhibition Design from Tufts University. Mia's lifelong passion for nature, biodiversity, arts, and culture supports Human Ecology's mission and vision.

She graduated cum laude from UCSB with a major in Political Science and a minor in History. She brings to Human Ecology her lifelong passion for the pressing issues of sustainability and connecting with the public.

She is a spoken word artist, wife, and mother who loves playing ultimate frisbee. She is passionate about helping communities organize, heal, and evolve into unity consciousness.
