  has been working as an executive director for cause-related arts organizations over the past 22 years, including Millennium Art International and the Natural World Museum of Environmental Art. Mia has been designing art experiences in collaboration with the United Nations since 2005. She holds degrees in Art History and

  has been working as an executive director for cause-related arts organizations over the past 22 years, including Millennium Art International and the Natural World Museum of Environmental Art. Mia has been designing art experiences in collaboration with the United Nations since 2005. She holds degrees in Art History and Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and in Museum Management and Exhibition Design from Tufts University. Mia's lifelong passion for nature, biodiversity, arts, and culture supports Human Ecology's mission and vision.

 lives in Los Angeles, where she most recently worked for over ten years at Warner Bros Television in the president's office as part of the Talent Relations department.  lives in Los Angeles, where she most recently worked for over ten years at Warner Bros Television in the president's office as part of the Talent Relations department. Previously, she lived for an extended time in Czechia, where she taught business English. Her other work experience includes entertainment production and project management. She graduated cum laude from UCSB with a major in Political Science and a minor in History. She brings to Human Ecology her lifelong passion for the pressing issues of sustainability and connecting with the public.

is a Facility Supervisor for Philadelphia Parks and Recreation. Natalie studied Social Transformation at Saybrook University. She served as the Executive Director for the Community Cultural Exchange, facilitating arts programming and music/poetry events on South Street in Philly. She is a spoken word artist, wife, an

She is a spoken word artist, wife, and mother who loves playing ultimate frisbee. She is passionate about helping communities organize, heal, and evolve into unity consciousness. Natalie is honored to be a part of the Human Ecology team.

Human Ecology's team is dedicated to promoting strategies and best practices for enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in terms of a range of identities (racial, ethnic, socio-economic, religious, sexual orientation, gender, age, and physical ability) within the organization, including regulatory board members, through recommendation, review, and approval of our policies and actions.
